The Fireplace Room at North Folk Cafe is a private, enclosed space for up to 20 guests in the heart of Perth, Ontario. Anchored by a heritage fireplace that gives the room its character year-round, this is one of the most cozy private event spaces in the Ottawa Valley.
Celebrating with a larger group? For parties of 21 or more, we offer exclusive use of the entire café — the full space to yourselves, with room for everyone and an experience that feels genuinely private from the moment your guests walk in. Email us to discuss.

Each guest receives a Classic Afternoon Tea — handcrafted finger sandwiches, freshly baked scones with clotted cream and house-made jam, and a seasonal selection of pastries — alongside unlimited loose-leaf tea from our curated menu. Dietary requirements accommodated with advance notice.

- $70 per person (+ HST + gratuity)
- Minimum 6 guests ($420 minimum booking)
- Fireplace Room: maximum 20 guests
- Full café exclusive use for groups of 21 or more — same per-person price
- For groups of 6 — purchase your reservation online
- For groups over 6 — email us at northfolkcafe@gmail.com to reserve
- 50% deposit required to confirm your reservation
- Balance due on the day of your event
- Saturdays prime time between 11am and 2pm subject to an extra charge of $200
